About

Who am I?

An atypical journey at the service of your body.

Cédric Lequileuc

Dancer turned osteopath

A professional contemporary dancer for 20 years and competitive athlete, it was as a patient convinced of the effectiveness of osteopathy that I chose this career change. This unique bodily experience nourishes my practice and my understanding of the body in motion every day.

My practice

How do I work?

Everything you need to know before your first appointment.

🤲 Fascial techniques

I preferentially use functional techniques (gentle corrective manoeuvres) that respect the tissues. They are particularly suitable for the care of babies and pregnant women as they are gentle and painless. They naturally led me to train in perinatality, a population I accompany with particular care.

🧠 Cranial techniques

Cranial (or craniosacral) techniques are effective against stress, headaches, anxiety and sleep disorders. They do not act on the sources of stress, but on its effects on the body, the autonomic nervous system and the hormonal system.

🫁 Working with the breath

Breathing is one of the few voluntary entry points into the autonomic nervous system. In session, I simply invite the patient to bring their attention to their breath — a minimal gesture that's often enough to release tension in the tissues and shift the body into recovery mode.

👗 What to wear?

An osteopathic consultation requires a clinical examination in underwear. Choose ones you feel comfortable in — shorts or leggings work perfectly. If modesty is a concern, you can come in a tank top and flexible close-fitting trousers.

⏱ How long does a session last?

A session lasts at least one hour — not 45 minutes. The time needed for a thorough examination, attentive listening and complete treatment.

Cheque, cash, Lydia, PayPal and instant bank transfers such as WERO.

What my patients say

Authentic feedback from people I have had the chance to accompany.

★★★★★

"An exceptional practitioner I recommend wholeheartedly. His background as a professional dancer brings a unique dimension to his practice: he understands the body in motion — even when it's blocked — like no one else. He is a true energy genius who doesn't just manipulate, but feels and unravels tensions with rare precision. Very attentive and genuinely kind. You leave the session with an incredible feeling of lightness. Thank you!"

"Perfect… Just perfect. Cédric is passionate about what he does and he shares it beautifully. He is generous, gentle in his approach, he makes you vibrate, react, transmits his energy. You leave feeling lighter… still a little wobbly but you can sense healing is close. You'd almost want a new sciatica just to come back. Go see him with complete confidence."

Martine Lefortier — Google
★★★★★

"Great! He followed me throughout my pregnancy and after childbirth, both for me and my baby. He has now become the osteopath for the whole family: I brought my mother, my husband, and everyone is delighted. Highly recommended!"

Shirley Palomino Morales — Google
★★★★★

"A rare osteopath! Already convinced by osteopathy, I was lucky enough to find a true gem. Mr Lequileuc works with commitment and expertise, tailoring each session to your specific needs. Back pain, tension, exhaustion… whatever brings me in, I always leave with a real sense of wellbeing. It is a complete treatment and the benefits are tremendous!"

A cabinet of curiosities

A space like no other

Cabinet de curiosités

An osteopathy practice is often either the forced serenity of a spa or the clinical austerity of a medical setting. Here, the décor, beyond offering a warm and relaxing atmosphere, seeks to surprise and amuse. In the tradition of cabinets of curiosities — those spaces where the Renaissance blended knowledge with wonder — anatomy, childhood toys and pop art coexist to open the imagination and make each session a space for transformation.
